Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and send reminders you ask for: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

If you sign up for reorder reminders, we store your email, filter size, and reminder interval, and use them only to email you when it is time to replace your filter. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store work (payment processing, shipping, and email delivery).
